Acts as a liaison for family, friends, and therapists and outside agencies. Provides family therapy and education. Provide oversight to coordination of care with social workers within the department. Responsible for training and mentoring hospital staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiativesWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Two years of psychiatric or mental health experience required.* Previous leadership experience preferred.* Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.* Master's degree in Social Work* Current Colorado State License as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)* REQUIRED** Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association  Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) This role is at St Anthony's North. Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
