Trauma Recovery Services (TRS) at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, Menlo Park Division, is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to work in-person, primarily in the Men’s Trauma Recovery Program (MTRP) which falls under the umbrella of TRS.  The MTRP is a 20-bed men’s residential PTSD treatment unit.  During the pandemic the bed number has been 11.  Residents on this unit are generally psychiatrically complex with a diagnosis of PTSD and co-occurring conditions as well as a history of multiple traumas.  Treatment is comprehensive and includes medical, psychopharmacological, spiritual, recreational, and psychological approaches.  Alternative treatments that have typically been offered include art, dog training, yoga, and cycling.  Some of the treatment during the pandemic h
