Econa (www.econa.net) provides science-based mental health resources for entrepreneurs. We seek a part-time consultant to lead the development of a psych assessment battery for business founders in collaboration with domain experts. The consultant will curate relevant validated psychometric instruments and build an on-line assessment and screening platform for entrepreneurs. Domains to be assessed include specific personality traits, mental health conditions, demographic information and business outcomes.
Experience with psychometric assessment of personality and mental health conditions, statistics and statistical software, on-line surveys, database construction and management, and individualized assessment report generation is required.
