The incumbent serves as Program Manager for the Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans (DCHV) Program of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The incumbent has full supervisory responsibility for the Residential Homeless Program and for the functioning and performance of the program. The DCHV consists of a 60-bed, variable length of stay program that offers the full range of services to homeless Veterans with the goal of assisting Veterans to return to independent housing.
