Longstreet Clinic is currently seeking a board certified/board eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our growing Musculoskeletal and Neurological Clinic. This is primarily an outpatient position with a focus on musculoskeletal and spine rehabilitation. However, the population served is mixed neurological/catastrophic injury with opportunities for managing stroke, traumatic brain injuries, concussions, spinal cord injuries, musculoskeletal injuries as well as work-related injuries. The providers at Longstreet Clinic PM&R see a wide variety of spine-related pain problems, focusing on functional improvement through integrative pain management solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a board-certified Physiatrist or board eligible resident to focus on a broad spectrum of physical medicine and rehabilitation with ability to develop any special area of interest, while working in a multi-disciplinary team consisting of general psychiatrists, pain management, neurosurgery, orthopedics and physical therapy. Excellent opportunity to make EMG and nerve conduction studies a significant part of your practice, if desired. Attractive shared 1:5 call – covering a 24-bed rehab unit specializing in stroke, brain injury and trauma.
