A currently competent, graduate level, licensed behavioral health professional who delivers care to patients with severe and persistent mental illness residing in a A+ Group Home. Coordinator will utilize assessment and treatment skills, provide comprehensive case management, collaborate with collateral care providers, advocate, deliver psycho-educational groups, provide individual supportive counseling, provide crisis assessment and interventions, provide discharge planning, medication monitoring education and supervision. Coordinator will act as a team leader and provide clinical and administrative supervision to Residential Staff and Group Home Manager.
Master's Degree in helping profession. Two year relevant experience post MA/MSW. Clinical License (Provisional Accepted).Valid NJ Driver's License required.
