Community That Cares (CTC) Coach will be responsible for coaching and monitoring the progress of prevention coalitions in communities that are implementing the CTC prevention operating system.
The CTC Coach reports to the Assistant Director of The Institute for Prevention and Recovery.Duties will include but not limited to; conducting bi-monthly consultations with specialists and managers and/or coalition leaders in CTC communities. Provide proactive and follow up technical assistance related to coaching phone consults, for community coalition members and community coordinators as requested and needed. Facilitate the generation of solutions to barriers and problems, and assist in implementing agreed-upon solutions. Collect meeting minutes and other relevant materials from coalitions in the intervention communities.Support specialists and managers to oversee monitoring of the specific preventative programs implemented in intervention communities. Partner with Data Manager to analyze and interpret process and outcome data.
