AAMC is working with a leading research and test development organization to develop the new MCAT2015 (MCAT®). The new exam is designed to help prepare tomorrow’s doctors for the challenges of our future health care system. Our contractors are hiring full-time Editors.

* Please note: These are full-time positions. Candidates selected for the Editor positions will be employed by our partners and not directly with the AAMC.

The test editors will write, review, and edit college-level Psychology or Sociology test items, as well as evaluate and revise test specifications.

Qualifications of the successful candidates include:

• PhD in Psychology, Sociology • Current or past teaching experience of undergraduate courses in the related discipline and/or test development experience • Demonstrated editorial experience • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills in motivating professional staff • High level of organizational skills a must • Deliver work products in a timely manner • Base work location: Washington, DC.
